I found a love for skiing when I was 9 yrs old. My brother and I went to Windham NY for our first time. We both learned fast and were left on our own after a lesson to explore the beginner chair. It was amazing to have that amount of freedom as a kid. Ski Lessons became a part of growing up for me. Those experiences got me skiing through highschool. Upon graduating I had to find a job..... I took a learn to be a ski instructor course at Catamount NY. Equal to my love for skiing grew my love for sharing skiing with people, thus the persuit of teaching skiing as a profession and carrere started. From that start I chased the goal of being the best I could become.....that chase continues to this day. I have been able to fullfill that goal working for amazing Schools in Catamount NY, Pico Vt, Heavenly Resort Ca., Hunter Mtn NY, Portillo Chile. I am the longest continous member of the PSIA-AASI National Alpine Team. I have worked for the USST as a fundamental Skills and Technique Coach, Europa and World Cup Assistant Coach. Former Director of Instruction at SKI Magazine. I am the Operations Manager at Portillo Chile and a front line Instructor at Heavenly Resort. One of the things that I am most proud of is being a part of the NORDICA family since 1994. More time than most of the "Freeride flavors of the day" have been alive.
