I started skiing when I was 2 years old at Lake Louise as my older sister was involved with the Lake Louise Ski Club. With her being at the hill my parents tried to put me in the daycare at the lodge but everytime they would leave me there I didn't like it very much. Making myself really hard to take care and keep track of they were basically forced to teach me how to ski. After those days my love for the sport started. As I progressed through the age groups I found myself at Burke Mountain Academy in Vermont, USA for my junior and senior years of high school. Thats basically where I am at now as I will be returning there for a post graduate year. I'd say loving the sport but also enjoying the lifestyle it brings me is something I have become more aweare of over the past few years in particular and is definetly one of the contributing factors to where I am now in my career. On the other had the people surrounding me especailly my family have made it possible for me to continue the sport.
