Nordica is proud to announce that on May 24th 2011 athlete Felix Neureuther signed with Nordica!

Felix Neureuther (born on March 26th, 1984 at Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria) a German alpine ski racer on the World Cup circuit, joined the Nordica ski racing team with a 3 years contract.

Member of the German National Ski Team, he won a gold medal in the team competition at 2005 World Championships and took part to the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino in Slalom and Giant Slalom. On January 24th, 2010, he won his first World Cup race, a slalom in Kitzbühel.

Neureuther’s parents are both former ski racers, members of the West German national ski team in the 1970s. His father is Christian Neureuther, winner of 6 World Cup slaloms, while his mother is Rosi Mittermaier, a Word Olympic and World Cup Champion.

Felix will be part of the Nordica German Racing Team, together with Fritz Dopfer and Viktoria Rebensburg.

The World Championships in 2013 in Schladming and the Olympic Games in 2014 in Sotschi, Russia, will be the following challenges to face with.

Nordica, together with his race manager Bernhard Knauss and all his race crew, welcome Felix wishing him a successful incoming winter season.
