Felix arise from the probably most known skifamily of Germany. Mum Rosi Mittermaier was a superstar in the seventies. She won two gold medals at the Olympic Winter games 1976 in Downhill and Slalom and one silver medal in Giant Slalom. Felix’ Dad Christian was also a very famous skiracer. He finished six World-Cup-Slalom on the top of the podium. Including the classics in Kitzbühel and Wengen. Sister Ameli, was also a ski racer in teen years, nowadays she’s a well known fashinstylist and a brilliant artist.
Goals for the season:
„In the upcoming season i will continue where I stopped last Winter at the finals in Lenzerheide. In Slalom I will reach TopTen-Results. In Giant-Slalom I will make a further step in the direction to Top15. After changing skis and boots my motivation is huge to aim these goals!“
Career
With two an a half years Felix makes his first turns on skis with his Dad Christian. The success was on the way: In the age of three years, Felix won his first race, the masterships of the SC Partenkirchen. In winter 2009/2010 Felix won the two Slalom-Classics in Kitzbühel und Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

First World-Cup-TopTen: 2003 in Madonna di Campiglio 8. SL
